By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full fee, you agree to our defined Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time and the refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below:
Cancellation and refunds
For instructor-led/classroom trainings
Any Instructor-led course cancelled after registration – admin fee of 10% of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), remaining deposit will be refunded. You need to request the course cancellation 7 days before the course starting date.
You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 7 days before the course starting date.
The Code Camp reserves the right to cancel/postpone an event, or change the location of event because of one or many unique or combined reasons such as the number of enrollments have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively, instructor health issue or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc).
The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, The Code Camp will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid. However travel, logistics or any personal expense, if incurred by attendees/participants, cannot be claimed for refund.
For self-paced learning
You are requested to raise a refund request within 14 days of purchase of any course/courses. Money back guarantee does not apply if you have accessed more than 25 percent of the content
IF A REFUND IS DUE, it will be made in the manner of original payment – The Code Camp receives the payment online and the refund will be to the card/account used for the payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Instructor-led Courses
If you need to reschedule your course, you need to make a request 7 days before the course starting date and it does not cost you. You are not able to make a request for course reschedule less than 7 days before the course starting date.
Transfers to another batch
If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the training, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
Duplicate Payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 business days after intimation by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel any refund request if it does not follow the pre requisites in this regard or violates the refund rules. All refunds shall be processed within 10 business days after they are approved by us.
