He is the author of the best-selling Udemy course on REST based Microservices API development in Go

He is a passionate advocate of continuous improvement. Over the years, he has seen a lot of newcomers as well as old-timers in the industry struggle to find their path. Having gone through the same journey, he was inspired to share his knowledge and experience. He believes that the future success of the software industry relies on the sharing of knowledge gained through experience.

The Code Camp is the brainchild inspired by the same vision to enable people by training and practicing continuous improvement along with the skills required to meet the demands of the current software industry.

Ashish has a passion for technique, IT architecture, and sharing knowledge. Gaining and sharing knowledge is a big drive for him. He has several years of experience in training / mentoring / coaching software developers and architects whom he had helped analyze and create solution architectures as well as gain technical skills and knowledge.

Ashish has worked as a TDD Coach and in the DevOps transformation for various customers, guiding the team on the agile approach of development using TDD as a practice. He has an excellent understanding of agile methodologies and practices including XP engineering practices. He has coached teams on Extreme programming practices, Software Craftsmanship, testing strategies and Integration techniques.

Ashish is also working as a CTO with BhaiFi Networks and currently he is splitting his time between The Code Camp and BhaiFi.
